SBC Group

SBC Group is the internal staffing-operations platform of SBC Group India. Recruiters and consultants use it to manage the consulting bench, generate consultant resumes, and automate job applications to vendors — from a job requirement landing in a recruiter's inbox through to a consultant's application reaching the vendor contact.

What the app does

Consultant management — track bench availability, skills, resume status and marketing flags.
Resume generation — generate and dispatch consultant resumes with full submission logs and analytics.
Gmail recruitment automation — connected recruiter mailboxes are scanned for vendor job-requirement emails, which are classified by AI and matched to consultants.
Automated job applications — a personalised application email is sent from the consultant's own connected Gmail account to the vendor contact.
AI call assistant — Telnyx-backed phone numbers with transcription, restricted by location and device locks.
Roles & access control — Owner, Editor, Employee and Consultant roles, each scoped to what is relevant to them.

How the app uses Google user data

SBC Group requests the minimum Gmail access needed for the two functions above, and only from users who explicitly connect their own account:

gmail.readonly — recruiter mailboxes. Used to scan connected employee mailboxes for vendor job-requirement emails so they can be classified and matched to consultants. All other mail is ignored, and SBC Group never modifies, deletes or sends from these mailboxes.
gmail.send — consultant mailboxes. Used only to send job-application emails to vendor contacts on behalf of opted-in consultants. SBC Group never reads a consultant's inbox and never accesses their contacts.

Access can be revoked at any time from within SBC Group or from the user's Google Account settings. SBC Group's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is never sold, never used to serve advertisements, and never used to train AI models.
